THE CURVE BALL
My 9-year marriage ended in an unexpected divorce. I numbed the grief by rushing into another relationship, trying to avoid the weight of failure. It wasn’t graceful or clear, but over time, I began to understand the unraveling. It broke me open in ways I didn’t want—but maybe I needed.
2020
ROCK BOTTOM
I was torn down to nothing by an abusive relationship that slowly stripped me of my worth. I kept making excuses, hoping things would change—until one night, it turned physical. That moment shattered everything. I hit rock bottom, unsure of how I got there or who I had become. It took time to face the truth, to stop hiding from the pain. But that night became the line I knew I couldn’t cross again
2021
I TOOK CONTROL
After hitting rock bottom, I knew something had to change. I stopped pretending I was okay and started reaching out—for support, for answers, for myself. Through coaches and practitioners, I began to untangle the pain and understand who I really was. It wasn’t easy, but piece by piece, I rebuilt. Leaving that abusive relationship wasn’t just survival—it was the start of becoming me again.

I AM ME
Now, I’ve built Simply Become—a business born from my own journey of self-awareness and healing. Every painful chapter taught me something about who I am and what I’m here to do. I took what I learned through coaches, inner work, and rock-bottom moments, and turned it into a mission. Today, I help other women rediscover their worth, rebuild from within, and step into the lives they were meant to lead.
